My research shows approximately 25 studies establishing prophylactic and treatment benefits of ivermectin. To check go to flccc (frontline doctors).

Also, I am a vegetarian so I do not get zinc from oysters or beef. This article cues me into the fact that I need to be supplementing Zinc Picolinate 15 – 20 mg each day in addition to what is in my multivitamin. Thank you!!

Additionally, this virus also seems to inhibit dendritic cell maturation and activation (lowering T and B cell responses). Zinc is a way to inhibit this action. I think proper levels are important, but intracellular levels might be more important to inhibit replication (https://www.researchgate.net/publication/334492528_The_Role_of_Zinc_in_Antiviral_Immunity). Resveratrol seems to push Zinc into the cell (https://journals.physiology.org/doi/full/10.1152/ajpcell.00139.2009)
“Zinc deficiency increased IL-6-induced activation of JAK-STAT3 signaling pathways; reconstitution with zinc normalized the effect while zinc supplementation was shown to inhibit STAT3 phosphorylation induced by IL-6 and IL-1”
From Zinc Signals and immunity (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5666901/)
In summary, I think zinc should be taken at the recommended doses along with Resveratrol.
