I’ve been looking for more research behind S23 but as mentioned in the article there isn’t enough research to back up the effects on human consumption. As a female I’m worried about side effects due to the increase of test levels that come with s23. I purchased a supplement the contains Ostarine and 10mg of S23 with a recommended dosage of 2 pills/day. I was thinking of easing my way into it watching for side effects so starting with only 10mg/day.
