*I must bring your attention to what appears to be be a TYPO, towards the end of your article.
*Please refer to the section titled “PYCNOGENOL DOSAGE” in which appears to be a TYPO.
*See the sentence “…there is currently insufficient evidence…of “LYSINE”…?!?
*Shouldn’t that read “PYCNOGENOL”?

Where did you find these reports on side effects. I’ve been looking into Pycnogenol for a while and can not find these reported. I’m not questioning your statement, just would like to be able to research further.

Is the oil that you are vaporizing French maritime pine bark extract? If yes, could you please share where you found it? I can find essential oils with pinus pinaster *needle* extract (from Portugal), and other species of pine bark extract, but I can’t seem to find maritime pine park extract in an essential oil.

While this article is helpful regarding the benefits of Pycenogenol, it does not indicate some of the serious side affects that can be experienced by some people. They include weakness, extreme irritability, stomach problems, etc..please research fully if you are taking this product.
