I have had norepinephrine surges for almost a year now. Since January of 2019 thereabouts. Both my norepinephrine and normetanephrines have been very high and no Dr around here will listen After coming off both Savella and buspirone my levels of norepinephrine went from 1979 to 2307. My normetanephrines went from like 280 something to 388. Chromagranin of 34. I have had high heart rate up to 157. Ranging now around at about 96 -110 because I take anxiety meds and a muscle relaxer and they make me drowsy and my body slowed down. Blood pressure once bottomed out in the hospital bathroom to 50/20 and only came up to 60-70 over 20. I don’t remember too much. But thank God I lived through that! I have had CTs Nuclear scans, pet scans with CT and colonoscopy where the Dr said I was not clean and could not see well but I was neg. for tumors. Oh and my attacks also involve the worst of all; the severe anxiety where I am so severely paralyzed with anxiety to the point of screaming thus the anxiety meds. They do not always stop them. I have tumors on my tongue that came back the first time as Severe squamous dysplasia in August of this year 2019 and they were growing back at my 3 wk follow up and are now large and I am having surgery to remove them again Dec 13th of this year 2019. I am afraid to eat most anything. I have lost 34 pounds in 3-4 months and I need a list of safe protein, fruits and vegetables that do not release norepinephrine or normetanephrines. Can you help me? Please

Preferably one that carries Dominican, Cuban or Puerto Rican produce. My grandmother use to make me sour orange juice as a child, it’s like limonade but better. I’m so excited to try this. It’s been a long time.

I was going to take L-Tyrosine, but I already take L-Tryptophan and apparently you can’t take them together. I have Schizoaffective disorder and I have terrible motivation and attention span. Norepinephrine seems to be what I’m lacking most. Bi-Polar is also a sympton of Schizoaffective disorder. Any hints on what else to eat or natural supplements? Eggs are a lifesaver with Acetycholine and Serotonin. I need something like that with Norepinephrine. Will Rhodiola by itself work? I don’t know where to buy it with bitter orange. Also I’m allergic to Acetyl L-Carnitine, so that rules that out.

My business offers Whole Body Cryotherapy and during your session you release up to 5x more norepinephrine than in an icebath. I wondered if you know of the best supplements to help with production.

Up to now I have found the following

You can take supplemental tyrosine or phenylalanine.
Acetyl-l-tyrosine is the most bioavailable form of tyrosine.
Tyrosine supplements can help with memory loss caused by acute stress.
Phenylalanine supplements are available in the “d” form or the “l” form.
L-phenylalanine is used as a natural antidepressant and for weight loss while d-phenylalanine is used mainly to relieve pain.
Some supplements combine both and are called d,l-phenylalanine or DLPA
Arctic root (Rhodiola rosea) is a popular adaptogenic herb that reduces depression symptoms faster than antidepressant medications.
It works by decreasing cortisol levels while increasing levels of norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine.
