Thank you a lot!
I tried Quercetin, Pancreatic enzymes, Betaine HCL and an H2 antihistamine which helped a lot. H1 blockers gave me too many side effects.
My issues are mainly gastrointestinal, affective/psychological and CFS/ME / fibromyalgia related. Barely no skin issues (besides some itching, especially in the face/eyes and on the head) nor respiratory illness.
Next thing I’m going to try: antihistaminergic probiotics. Definitely interested in more info! :)

You are my answer to prayer! I have had terrible hives that came on suddenly. This is the 24th day. They will move around and come and go day or night. The only relief I have is when I am sleeping. THANK YOU for your valuable information!
