My t score was all that my doctor was interested in which is -1.5. I had a DXA scan because I tripped over some wet cables in the rain which resulted in a compression fracture to my L2. She prescribed Adcal-D3 which I have reluctantly been taking but would prefer to increase the calcium in my diet which I have been doing.
I would be grateful for your input on my z score.
